Varför ska det alltid hända mig, att jag ska förlora mina små så plötsligt?

Jag önskar att jag visset vad som hände…när ni imorse var ni så lyckliga över den där morots biten jag gav er…och när jag kom hem så var ni borta? Jag förstår inte varför detta ska hända mig! Mina pojkar…suck.

Jag älskar er så mycket, och saknar exat lika mycket…oändligt.

By the edge of woods. at the foot of a hill.

Is a lush, grean meadow where time stand still.

Where the friends of man and women do run,

When thier time here on earth is over and done.

For here, between this world and the next,

Is a place each beloved creature finds rest.

On this golden land, they wait and play.

Til the rainbow bridge they will cross one day.

No more do they suffer, in pain or sadness.

For here they are hole, their lives filled with gladness.

Their limbs are restored, their health renewed,

Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued.

They romp through the grass, without even care,

Until one day they start, sniff at the air.

All ears pick forward, eyes dart front and back.

Then all of the sudden, one breaks from the pack.

For just at that instant, their eyes have meet;

Toghter again, both person and pet.

So they run to each other, these friends from long past,

The time of their parting is over at last.

The sadness they felt while they were apart,

Has truned into a joy once more in each heart.

They embrace with a love that will last forever,

And then, side- by- side, they cross over, toghter.
